Here are the injuries and news we're monitoring around the league on this Week 15 Sunday:
- Arizona Cardinals running back Trey Benson (ankle) and linebacker Jesse Luketa (thigh) were ruled out against the Patriots. Cornerback Max Melton (shin) did not return.
- Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, who went to the X-ray room with trainers following the win over Detroit, told reporters he took a "funky fall" but that everything checked out fine.
- Chicago Bears offensive lineman Braxton Jones (concussion) has been downgraded to out for Monday's game against the Vikings.
- Cincinnati Bengals defensive end Sam Hubbard (knee) was ruled out against the Titans.
- Cleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb was ruled out after suffering a broken foot, head coach Kevin Stefanski announced after Sunday's loss to the Chiefs. Cornerback Martin Emerson (head) was ruled out. Defensive lineman Shelby Harris (elbow) did not return. Quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinsonentered the game for Jameis Winston in the fourth quarter.
- Denver Broncos running back Jaleel McLaughlin (quad) did not return against the Colts.
- Detroit Lions cornerback Carlton Davis (jaw) and defensive lineman Alim McNeill (knee) were ruled out against the Bills. Cornerback Khalil Dorsey (ankle) was ruled out shortly after being carted off the field.
- Houston Texans defensive tackle Foley Fatukasi (ankle) was ruled out against the Dolphins.
- Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce (concussion) was ruled out against the Broncos.
- Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes is considered week to week with a right ankle injury based on the preliminary diagnosis, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported. Rapoport added that X-Rays were negative. Mahomes exited a win over Cleveland in the fourth quarter after getting taken down awkwardly and did not return. Defensive back Chamarri Conner (concussion) was ruled out against the Browns.
- Los Angeles Chargers cornerback Cam Hart (concussion) was ruled out against the Buccaneers. Offensive lineman Zion Johnson (ankle) did not return.
- Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle (knee) did not return against the Texans. Wide receiver Grant DuBose will stay in a local-area hospital after suffering a head injury on a helmet-to-helmet hit in the third quarter.
- New England Patriots linebacker Christian Elliss (head) did not return against the Cardinals.
- New Orleans Saints quarterback Jake Haener was benched in the third quarter versus the Commanders while trailing, 17-0, in favor of Spencer Rattler. Running back Alvin Kamara (groin) and defensive back Kool-Aid McKinstry (stinger) did not return versus Washington.
- New York Giants quarterback Tommy DeVito (concussion) was ruled out against the Ravens and replaced by Tim Boyle. Linebacker Patrick Johnson (knee) did not return.
- New York Jets defensive back Jalen Mills (chest) was ruled out against the Jaguars. Safety Tony Adams (nose) and cornerback Michael Carter II (back) did not return. Linebacker Jamien Sherwood was evaluated for a concussion.
- Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts has a broken finger on his non-throwing hand, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported. Offensive lineman Landon Dickerson (knee) did not return against the Steelers.
- Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt suffered a low ankle injury late in the loss to Philadelphia, head coach Mike Tomlin said. Watt told reporters he rolled his ankle and X-rays were negative, but that they'll have to wait and see if he can play in Week 16. Quarterback Justin Fields (abdomen) and cornerback Donte Jackson (back) were ruled out against the Eagles.
- Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis was benched in the third quarter versus the Bengals while trailing, 31-14, in favor of Mason Rudolph.
- Washington Commanders tight end Zach Ertz (concussion) was ruled out against the Saints.
