GENERAL ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Ticketing

The NFL is committed to providing a first-class experience to all of its fans. Please note that the NFL does not sell Super Bowl tickets to the general public, whether for standard or accessible seating. Rather, the NFL distributes tickets to the NFL's clubs – including the participating clubs and host club – which make tickets available for sale to season ticket holders and others in their local communities (including fans with disabilities), as well as to partners, sponsors, the Super Bowl host committee and others. On Location is a premium events experience seller that offers premium standard and accessible ticketing packages that include a host of additional exclusive experiences. If you are looking for accessible seating ticket packages, please reach out to On Location Guest Services to learn more about accessible seating options for this event. For more information, please call 800-591-9198 or email us at accessibility@onlocationexp.com.

After Super Bowl tickets are distributed closer in time to the game, fans may find tickets available for resale on the NFL Ticket Exchange powered by Ticketmaster – the official resale marketplace of the NFL https://www.ticketexchangebyticketmaster.com/NFL. Tickets will remain available for resale on the NFL Ticket Exchange up to 60 minutes after kickoff.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available throughout Caesars Superdome and must be pre-purchased. If you purchased a ticket in the fixed seating area but require an accessible seat, Guest Services staff may be able to assist you by relocating your ticket to an accessible seating area. Accommodation is made on a first-come, first-served basis, with seating in a comparable level of the stadium with a maximum of one (1) accessible ticket and one (1) companion ticket.

If you are located on the 100 level, visit the Guest Service booth adjacent to Section 135. If you are currently on the 200, 300, 500 level, identify a stadium usher or attendant for available accessible seats nearest your section.

Transportation and Parking

To help manage the high parking demand and anticipated congestion from heavy event traffic, the City of New Orleans strongly encourages locals and Super Bowl LIX visitors to use public transit or rideshare apps for their travel needs. For information about Paratransit Service, visit the Transit Accessibility page at https://www.norta.com/ride-with-us/know-before-you-go/transit-accessibility/paratransit-service. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles can also be requested through rideshare apps. The designated drop-off and pick-up location is at Duncan Plaza, on the east side of the Heal Garage.

For fans who have a valid/current accessible parking plate or placard, there will be dedicated accessible parking available at Heal Garage, 300 LaSalle Street. The price for a parking permit is $120, inclusive of all fees. To request parking at this location, please contact the Mobility Assistance Program at superbowlada@gmail.com or (888)745-1455.

Accessible Entrances

All Super Bowl LIX entries are accessible. The Mobility Assistance team, easily identified by their blue vests, is available at all entrances to provide wheelchair assistance as needed. Accessible ramps are located on the east side of Caesars Superdome, offering access to the plaza level and stadium gates. Once inside the stadium, all gates are equipped with elevators and escalators to reach different levels. Elevators are prioritized for guests requiring accessibility accommodations.

NFL Clear Bag Policy

Consistent with all NFL games, the NFL strongly encourages fans not to bring any type of bag to the stadium, but if necessary, clear bags outlined in the Clear Bag Policy are permissible.

The NFL does allow exceptions for special medical equipment after proper inspection. Security will be present at stadium entrances to screen these bags.

Can fans bring special items into Super Bowl LIX because of a medical condition?

Yes. While outside food and drink is ordinarily not allowed inside Caesars Superdome for Super Bowl LIX, exceptions will be made for fans with a special medical dietary restriction.

Additionally, a fan requiring insulin, or an EPI pen can bring his or her medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the fan's name. Out of concern for the event staff who handle the trash, fans should dispose of medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal located at the First Aid stations Plaza 134, 147, Loge 235, 277, Terrace 527, 557. (see the First Aid locations on our event site maps in the NFL OnePass app). Guests should not dispose of these items in other trash bins in the stadium.

ASSISTIVE SERVICES

Mobility Assistance

Super Bowl LIX is fully accessible for all wheelchairs and mobility devices, offering a welcoming experience for everyone. Wheelchairs are not available to rent.

Please look for a Mobility Assistance teammate, wearing blue vests and are located at all Entries and hospitality areas. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20-amp circuit.
