What time do entries open for Super Bowl LIX ticketholders on February 9, 2025?
Fan entries open at 1:30pm CT for Super Bowl LIX ticketholders only. Fans should add their Super Bowl ticket to their Apple Wallet or Google Play for quick and easy access on Super Bowl Sunday.
Is there a map of where to enter Caesars Superdome?
All maps, schedules, transportation information and security procedures are in the NFL OnePass app, fans should download the app for all know before you go information prior to arriving to the Caesars Superdome campus.
What time is Kickoff to Super Bowl LIX?
Kickoff at Caesars Superdome is at approximately 5:30pm CT/6:30pm ET.
What is the security policy to enter the Super Bowl?
To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into NFL venues including the Caesars Superdome, the NFL has implemented a policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into stadiums and NFL-sanctioned venues. Exceptions to this policy will be made for all medically necessary items after proper inspection.
The NFL strongly encourages fans not to bring any bags, but fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium/ convention center plaza areas, stadium gates, convention center doors, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into NFL-sanctioned venues:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or 30.5 x 15.25 x 30.5 cm. This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs and clear cinch bags that fit within the permissible dimensions.
- No buckles, grommets/hardware or décor can be concealing any part of the bag.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziplock bag or similar).
- Logo can only be on one side of the bag.
- Small bags, non-clear bags that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" in size, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: coolers* (unless medically necessary), briefcases, non-clear backpacks, non-clear fanny packs, diaper bags* (unless medically necessary), non-clear cinch bags, non-approved seat cushions* (unless medically necessary), luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera or binocular bags or any non-clear bag larger than the permissible size (4.5" x 6.5")
Prohibited Items Include:
- Alcohol
- Animals (Service Animals for Guests with disabilities are permitted. All other animals, including Emotional Support Animals are prohibited)
- Banners, signs (any object that obstructs the view of others)
- Luggage
- Bags larger than 18" x 16" x 8" (clear bag policy in effect)
- Glass or aluminum containers, thermoses, cups, and beverage containers of any kind (unless purchased at an NFL venue)
- Camera with removeable lenses more than 6"
- Professional video/audio recorders, except for credentialed media
- Chairs, stools, or other seating devices
- Coolers (Coolers for medical purposes are permitted)
- Laser Pointers
- Strollers
- E-cigarettes, lighters, cigarettes (Super Bowl LIX is a non smoking campus)

What is there to do for ticketholders at Caesars Superdome prior to Kickoff at 5:30pm CT?
The NFL is hosting Gameday Experience presented by Bud Light starting at 1:30pm CT on Sunday, February 9 for Super Bowl LIX Ticketholders only. Attractions include photo opps with The Vince Lombardi Trophy, the Fox pregame set, local entertainment, AFC & NFC Pep Rally Zones and rally towel giveaways, food & beverage for purchase and NFL Shop presented by Visa. Once fans are inside the secure perimeter, they can go inside the stadium and outside to Gameday Experience, but fans will NOT be allowed to re-enter once they leave the fenced, secure perimeter.
Do infants require a ticket to Super Bowl LIX?
Yes, fans of all ages require a game ticket to enter.
Is smoking permitted at Super Bowl LIX?
Smoking is prohibited at all events inside and outside Caesars Superdome. No lighters, e-cigarettes or cigarettes will be permitted.
How do I buy Super Bowl Tickets?
Super Bowl tickets are not released for sale to the general public. The NFL distributes tickets to the NFL's clubs – including the participating clubs and host club – which make tickets available for sale to season ticket holders and others in their local communities, as well as to partners, sponsors, the host committee, and others.
Fans interested in ticket packages, including hospitality offerings, experiences, and suite access, may purchase one of the Super Bowl LIX ticket packages available through On Location. Ticket packages are available for purchase today : https://onlocationexp.com/nfl
After Super Bowl tickets are distributed, fans may find tickets available for resale on the NFL Ticket Exchange powered by Ticketmaster – the official resale marketplace of the NFL https://www.ticketexchangebyticketmaster.com/NFL. Tickets will remain available for resale on the NFL Ticket Exchange up to 60 minutes after kickoff, for those last-minute decisions.
Are there ADA accessible seats available for the Super Bowl?

Is there tailgating at Super Bowl LIX and Caesars Superdome?
No, tailgating is not permitted at Super Bowl LIX or the Caesars Superdome, including adjacent parking lots and streets, even for Super Bowl LIX ticketholders.

Is the Caesars Superdome Bowl cash free?
Concessions and the NFL Shop at Super Bowl LIX is a cash free experience. VISA is the preferred credit card of the NFL. All major credit cards are accepted.

Is there parking sold at Caesars Superdome for Super Bowl LIX?
No, there is no fan parking available for ticketholders. Fans should use rideshare or public lots to park.
Is there ADA parking?
To help manage the high parking demand and anticipated congestion from heavy event traffic, the City of New Orleans strongly encourages locals and Super Bowl LIX visitors to use public transit or rideshare apps for their travel needs. For information about Paratransit Service, visit the Transit Accessibility page at https://www.norta.com/ride-with-us/know-before-you-go/transit-accessibility/paratransit-service. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles can also be requested through rideshare apps. The designated drop-off and pick-up location is at Duncan Plaza, on the east side of the Heal Garage.

Are Super Bowl LIX entries accessible?
All Super Bowl LIX entries are accessible. The Mobility Assistance team, easily identified by their blue vests, is available at all entrances to provide wheelchair assistance as needed. Accessible ramps are located on the east side of Caesars Superdome, offering access to the plaza level and stadium gates. Once inside the stadium, all gates are equipped with elevators and escalators to reach different levels. Elevators are prioritized for guests requiring accessibility accommodations.
Can I bring outside food or beverages?
No outside food and beverage is permitted. Food and beverages will be available for purchase within the concession areas. For fans with allergies or medical needs, food will be permitted.
