Where is the Super Bowl Experience at Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans?
The Super Bowl Experience presented by Panini will be located at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (900 Convention Center Blvd, New Orleans, LA) from Wednesday, February 5 through Saturday, February 8, 2025.
What are the hours of operation?
Wednesday, February 5: 3 PM—10 PM
Thursday, February 6: 13 PM—10 PM (Sensory Hours open to the public 1 PM – 3 PM)
Friday, February 7: 3 PM—10 PM
Saturday, February 8: 10am AM—10 PM
Sunday, February 9: CLOSED
When do tickets go on sale and what is the ticket price?
Tickets will go on sale on Ticketmaster on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 and ticket prices are as follows:

Kids 12 & under do NOT need a ticket to enter and do not need to proceed to the box office. They can proceed directly to ticket scan with an accompanying ticketed adult.
All games and attractions are included in the ticket price, except for any purchases made at NFL Shop presented by sponsor retail activations (i.e. Wilson, Hunt Auctions, etc) and the concessions stands.
What is NFL OnePass, and is it required to enter Super Bowl Experience?
NFL OnePass is MANDATORY to enter the Convention Center and allows fans to register their information (and any minors) one time at the Super Bowl Experience and "check-in" to all the attractions where content, including green screen photos and videos, can be delivered to a fan via their email. Check-ins also allow fans to enter contests, including the chance to win tickets to Super Bowl LX, release liability when participating in interactive games, and enter for instant prizes.
MINOR REGISTRATION POLICY
- Ages 14 and under must be registered under an adult
- Ages 15-17 can register themselves, but no minors underneath
- Ages 18+ can register up to 5 minors
- Please see any Fan Services desk at the Convention Center for assistance in registering 6+ minors
Are there any ticket discounts?
ONLY ONE DISCOUNT WILL BE HONORED AT ANY TIME. CANNOT COMBINE PROMOTIONS
All military members and their families, including veterans, will also receive 50% off their General Admission tickets (not applicable to SBXtra fast pass tickets) with military ID. GOVX military verification also available on Ticketmaster.com or military families can purchase at the box office by showing their military ID. In partnership with the Wounded Warrior project, and as a thank you to service members, veterans, and their families, the NFL is pleased to offer free admission to the Super Bowl Experience on Wednesday, February 5, from 3 PM —10 PM. Please visit the Wounded Warrior table in the lobby (prior to ticket scan) of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center adjacent to the main entry off of Julia Street & Convention Center Boulevard to receive your free tickets.
All other days, veterans, service members, and their families will receive 50% off all general admission tickets (this is not applicable for SBXtra). Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster and verified via the GovX site INSERT URL
THE ONEPASS QR CODE IS NOT A TICKET TO ENTER THE SUPER BOWL EXPERIENCE. Your Ticketmaster ticket will be a barcode (not QR code).
FIRST RESPONDERS: This year the NFL is pleased to offer discounted tickets to First Responders to the Super Bowl Experience at the Morial Convention Center. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster and verified via the GovX Site or at the Box Office with a valid work ID.
NFLPA / NFL Alumni**:** Anyone who shows a Player Association (NFLPA) card, NFL Legends Card OR NFL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION card at the box office will receive free admission for them + 3 guests. Redeemable in-person at Box Office only.
SENIORS: Anyone born before 1962 is eligible for 50% off General Admission Tickets. Must show ID, only redeemable in-person at the box office.
Is it safe to buy tickets online?
The only official way to purchase tickets to Super Bowl Experience online is through Superbowl.com/ExperienceTickets or NFL OnePass where you will be redirected to Ticketmaster to complete your transaction. The NFL is not affiliated with any other vendor for the purchase of Super Bowl Experience tickets.
What is the security policy to enter the Super Bowl Experience?
To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into NFL venues including the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and Caesars Superdome, the NFL has implemented a policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into stadiums and NFL-sanctioned venues. Exceptions to this policy will be made for all medically necessary items after proper inspection.
The NFL strongly encourages fans not to bring any bags, but fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium/ convention center plaza areas, stadium gates, convention center doors, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into NFL-sanctioned venuesthe stadium:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or 30.5 x 15.25 x 30.5 cm. This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs and clear cinch bags that fit within the permissible dimensions.
- No buckles, grommets/hardware or décor can be concealing any part of the bag.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziplock bag or similar).
- Logo can only be on one side of the bag.
- Small bags, non-clear bags that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" in size, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: coolers* (unless medically necessary), briefcases, non-clear backpacks, non-clear fanny packs, diaper bags* (unless medically necessary), non-clear cinch bags, non-approved seat cushions* (unless medically necessary), luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera or binocular bags or any non-clear bag larger than the permissible size (4.5" x 6.5")
Prohibited Items Include:
- Alcohol
- Animals (Service Animals for Guests with disabilities are permitted. All other animals, including Emotional Support Animals are prohibited)
- Banners, signs (any object that obstructs the view of others)
- Luggage
- Bags larger than 18" x 16" x 8" (clear bag policy in effect)
- Glass or aluminum containers, thermoses, cups, and beverage containers of any kind (unless purchased at an NFL venue)
- Camera with removeable lenses more than 6"
- Professional video/audio recorders, except for credentialed media
- Chairs, stools, or other seating devices
- Coolers (Coolers for medical purposes are permitted)
- Laser Pointers

Can I upgrade my general admission ticket to SBXtra?
Unfortunately, once your ticket is purchased, you cannot upgrade to the SBXtra fast pass. If you are a SBXtra ticketholder, you can pick up your SBXtra wristbands :
- Pickup of SBXtra is located to the left just after ticket scan , at the main entry.
- Fans who purchase SBXtra and arrive BEFORE the time slot on their ticket are permitted to use their general admission ticket to enter and then can pickup their SBXtra wristband at the TIME printed on their ticket.
SBXtra wristbands are only valid on the day of issue, but they are valid all day after entry. Everyone in your party using SBXtra must have an SBXtra wristband. SBXtra is only available while supplies last. IF YOU PURCHASED SBXTRA YOU CANNOT PICK UP YOUR WRISTBAND EARLY.
Once your ticket is scanned, you will not be allowed to re-enter the Super Bowl Experience the same day with the same ticket due to security considerations.
Kids 12 & under only get access to the free general admission tickets, NOT to the SBXtra fast pass lane. If you would like your child 12 & under to have access to the SBXtra fast pass lane and not the general admission access to the lines, please purchase an SBXtra for all members of your party, including children of all ages.
Is my ticket good for one day only?
Once your ticket is scanned, you will not be allowed to re-enter the Super Bowl Experience with the same ticket. There is no re-entry allowed.

Do I have to come at the ticket time on my ticket? When do I have to leave?
Yes, in order to ensure there is no overcrowding and an optimal fan experience, we ask that all fans come at the listed ticket time. There is no designated time to depart, you can enjoy until closing time. Most fans allocate 3 to 4 hours for their visit.
Where do I park to enter Super Bowl Experience, and how much does parking cost?
Public parking for purchase will be available adjacent to the Morial Convention Center. More transportation options will be shared in January 2025. Please visit the Super Bowl Experience Know Before You Go for more information. LINK
Is Super Bowl Experience cash free?
VISA is the preferred credit card of the NFL. All major credit cards are accepted. The Super Bowl Experience, concessions, and the NFL Shop is a cash free event.

What NFL players will be signing autographs at Super Bowl Experience?
The scheduled list of players signing autographs will be posted on in the NFL OnePass app starting February 1, 2025 and will be updated on a rolling basis. Please note: All player appearances are subject to change without notice or refund and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Is there an ADA entrance to Super Bowl Experience?
Yes, the Super Bowl Experience is ADA-compliant. Additionally, Fans can go to the Mobility Assistance counter in the Lobby for answers to questions specific to the Accessibility Program, related information, and a power outlet for recharging power wheelchairs.
Is the overall event accessible for fans with disabilities?
Yes, the overall event is accessible for fans with disabilities – including fans with mobility disabilities and fans who are blind/have low vision or are deaf/hearing impaired. Our staff will energetically accommodate physical adjustments at games, where possible to provide an enjoyable experience for all fans.
For fans with sensory sensitivities, KultureCity will be activating at the Super Bowl Experience to provide sensory refuge and relief.
We are proud to also offer Sensory Hours at Super Bowl Experience on Thurs, Feb 6 from 1 PM – 3 PM followed by general public hours from 3 PM – 10 PM.
Is there a sensory room available for the Super Bowl experience?
KultureCity will be at the event with trained volunteers, sensory bags, and a sensory room for families and individuals who have sensory needs. Sensory sensitivities or challenges with sensory regulation are often experienced by individuals with autism, dementia, PTSD and other similar conditions (1 in 6 individuals). One of the major barriers for these individuals is sensitivity to overstimulation and noise, which is an enormous part of this environment. Sensory bags, equipped with noise-canceling headphones (provided by Puro Sound Labs), fidget tools, and verbal cue cards are available for fans to use and take home at no additional cost.
KultureCity is located to the right just inside the ticket scan in all B. The NFL will also be hosting sensory hours on Thursday, February 6,8from 1 PM—3 PM. Sensory Hours are dedicated to providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for individuals with sensory sensitivities. Where possible overhead lights will be dimmed or softened, and flashing or strobe lights will be avoided. Overall sounds will be reduced including softer music levels and limited announcements. Guests participating in the sensory hours are welcome to stay for the public session beginning at 3 PM. Please note that the lighting and sound production will change for the public window. If you or an individual in your party experience challenges with sensory regulation, please visit KultureCity located to the right just inside of ticket scan in Hall B.
Can I bring outside food or beverages?
No outside food and beverage is permitted. Food and beverages will be available for purchase within the concession areas. For fans with allergies or medical needs, food will be permitted. Empty, plastic re-usable water bottles are permitted, as there are water refilling stations within the Morial Convention Center.
Are there age restrictions for any of the activities at Super Bowl Experience?
Yes, the football clinics conducted on the NFL Play Football Field are for children ages 6–14 only. The various passing, running, kicking and receiving games are for fans of all ages after the adult has registered for NFL OnePass (including minors). Daily clinic registration is open during designated time slots and can be done directly from the NFL OnePass app.

Are cameras and video cameras allowed into the at Super Bowl Experience?
Cameras and video cameras for personal use are not restricted; however, if you are a member of the media, you will need to register with sbx@bzapr.com. Upon arrival, please proceed to the BZA Check In desk prior to entering Super Bowl Experience.
