The fact that Palmer is still a free agent in so many fantasy leagues is almost criminal. He scored 19.76 fantasy points in a win over the Dallas Cowboys, and has now scored 17-plus fantasy points in all but one of his starts this season. Palmer has been consistent too, throwing at least two touchdowns passes in all of his 2014 starts. If you need a quarterback, he's a must-add across the board.

Tannehill has been on fire in recent weeks, scoring 18-plus fantasy points in four of his last five games. That includes a 288-yard, three-touchdown performance in a blowout win over the San Diego Chargers in Week 9. While an upcoming matchup against the Detroit Lions isn't favorable on paper, the Texas A&M product now needs to be owned in all fantasy leagues even as just a matchup-based starter.

Rainey took over the lead role for Tampa Bay in Week 9, posting 121 scrimmage yards and 12.1 fantasy points in the absence of Doug Martin. Should the "Muscle Hamster" be unavailable for a Week 10 clash with the Atlanta Falcons, well, Rainey would become a solid No. 2 runner. I do like Charles Sims as a long-term pickup, but for now it looks like Rainey is the preferred option if Martin were out.

The time is right now to pick up and stash Gordon, so don't miss the boat or you'll be left all wet. He's still not eligible to return to action until Week 12, but that's right around the corner as we enter the 10th week of the 2014 campaign. When you also consider that Gordon was the top-scoring wide receiver in fantasy football last season, his potential impact for your team is evident.

Mason's stat line in Week 9 isn't going to look impressive, as he scored just 5.7 fantasy points in a win over the San Francisco 49ers. However, the rookie appears to have taken over the top spot on the Rams depth chart after seeing a team-high 19 carries (Benny Cunningham was second with four). Mason, who even saw some work on third downs, should be added even if it's just for backfield depth.

Ben Roethlisberger is on a ridiculous hot streak right now, and Bryant is part of the reason for his success. After doing nothing in the stat sheets for the first six weeks, the rookie is making plays and becoming a trust option for Big Ben. In fact, Bryant has found the end zone five times in the last three weeks. With a matchup against the New York Jets up next, he's a nice matchup-based play this weekend.

The tight end position is thinner than ever, making Daniels a potentially valuable asset for fantasy owners down the stretch. He made a quick return from a knee scope to return in Week 9, and the veteran looks to be back at 100 percent. With a favorable matchup against the Tennessee Titans next on the slate, Daniels is back on the radar as a No. 1 fantasy tight end. Pick him up and start him in Week 10.

Nick Foles suffered an injured clavicle in Week 9 and was unable to return, so his status for Week 10 has to be considered questionable at best. That puts Sanchez back on the fantasy radar, even if it's just on the fringe. The USC product might be turnover prone, but he has potential in the offense of head coach Chip Kelly. Sanchez would also have a great matchup versus the Carolina Panthers next.

Times are tough on these fantasy football streets! With six teams on a bye and running backs hard to find, Dixon is going to be a potential volume flex starter in Week 10. While he could lose more work to Bryce Brown, it was Dixon who led the Bills in carries (22) against the New York Jets before their bye week. Next up is a home date versus what is a formidable Kansas City Chiefs run defense.

The Texans have a bye in Week 10, but fantasy owners who have Arian Foster still need to handcuff him with Blue. Foster left Houston's Week 9 contest against the Philadelphia Eagles in the third quarter with a groin injury and was unable to return, leaving Blue as the lead back for the remainder of the contest. If Foster's ailment turns out to be serious, Blue would become a must-add for those in dire need of a runner.
