Brown has been listed as a waiver-wire pickup in this space for weeks, but he's still a free agent in over 60 percent of NFL.com leagues. I'm guessing that number will shrink after he rushed for 115 yards with one touchdown and scored 17.90 fantasy points in a win over the Oakland Raiders. Brown is the clear-cut No. 1 running back for Big Blue and could become a fantasy hero down the stretch.

Foles followed up an impressive seven-touchdown performance in Week 9 with a three scoring strikes against the Green Bay Packers. With Michael Vick (groin) expected to miss at least another 1-2 weeks of action, Foles now needs to be owned in all fantasy football leagues. He has a great upcoming matchup against a Washington Redskins unit that has struggled to stop the pass in 2013.

If you wanted proof that Cooper's three-touchdown stat line in Week 9 was not a fluke, well, he scored another two touchdowns and put up 22.20 fantasy points in a win over the Green Bay Packers. A favorite target in the pass attack for Nick Foles, Cooper has been one of the hottest wideouts in fantasy land. He has a great matchup against the Washington Redskins next up in Week 11.

Vereen (wrist) is eligible to come back in Week 11, so now is the time to grab him before everyone else in your league is hip to his return. In his lone game this season, he posted 159 scrimmage yards and looked primed to have a solid campaign. Vereen will no doubt come back and fill a prominent role in the Patriots' backfield, so grab him and stash him if he's available.

The status of Darren McFadden (hamstring) remains in question, so Jennings is a good bet to lead the Raiders in backfield touches over the next few weeks. He recorded 20 carries and double-digit fantasy points in a loss to the New York Giants, and should now be seen as a viable flex starter for his Week 11 matchup against the Houston Texans. If you need a runner, go get Jennings.

Keenum has recorded 18-plus fantasy points in two straight contests, and it's tough not to be impressed with the undrafted rookie out of Houston both on the field and in the stat sheets. While he has a ways to go before he's a top-10 fantasy quarterback, Keenum does have some starting appeal in Week 11 against an Oakland Raiders defense that has struggled to stop quarterbacks this year.

A lot of people dropped Randle after he posted a doughnut against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 8 that was followed with a bye week. Well, it's time to pick him back up after his 11-fantasy point performance against the Oakland Raiders. Here's an odd fact -- dating back to Week 5, Randle has hauled in all of Eli Manning's touchdowns (5). The G-Men face the Green Bay Packers next.

Out of sight, out of mind could be the reason Dobson is still a free agent in a ton of leagues -- he was on a bye in Week 10. In the two previous weeks, however, he had combined to score three touchdowns and a total of 37 fantasy points. With the trust of Tom Brady, who looked like his old self against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Dobson is clearly worth a roster spot in most leagues.

Arian Foster has been lost for the season, which moves Ben Tate to the top of the Texans depth chart. He's playing with four broken ribs, though, so Johnson could end up seeing his share of the backfield work moving forward. While he's had problems with fumbles in the past, coach Gary Kubiak likes what Johnson brings to the table. He's one of those runners to add and stash this week.

The Vikings have lost Kyle Rudolph for several weeks due to a foot ailment, so Carlson is in line for more work in the pass attack. That was evident in Week 9, as he hauled in seven catches for 98 yards with one touchdown in a win over the Washington Redskins. The former Notre Dame Golden Domer will face his former team, the Seattle Seahawks, in a Week 11 battle next on the schedule.
