Walker posted a nice stat line in Week 15, recording 53 yards and one touchdown against the Arizona Cardinals. Fantasy leaguers looking to stream a tight end for their league's championship should consider him against the Jacksonville Jaguars, who present a favorable matchup. In fact, Walker recorded a solid 62 yards with one touchdown and 12.2 fantasy points against this AFC South opponent back in Week 10.

Patterson has been on our waiver wire list for several weeks, but he's still a free agent in over 80 percent of NFL.com leagues. With that said, he's posted a touchdown in three straight games and has scored a combined 31.7 fantasy points over the last two weeks. While the rookie doesn't have the best matchup in Week 16 against the Cincinnati Bengals, Patterson is worth a roster spot at the least.

A lot of fantasy owners are hurting at the tight end position, so adding Pitta off the waiver wire makes a whole lot of sense. He looked good in his first game back, posting 48 yards, one touchdown and 10.8 fantasy points in a win over the Minnesota Vikings in Week 14. A popular red-zone target for Joe Flacco in the Ravens pass attack, Pitta is a surefire No. 1 fantasy tight end in most leagues moving forward.

The Seahawks are without Percy Harvin (hip) and Sidney Rice (knee), and Baldwin has stepped up his game in their absence. He went off for 71 yards and one touchdown in a win over the New York Giants and has now found the end zone in four of his last six games. Furthermore, he has scored double-digit fantasy points in three of his last four contests overall. Put in a claim for Baldwin if you're in need of a wideout.

Fantasy owners who lost Robert Griffin III would be wise to add Cousins off the waiver wire. The talented Michigan State product put up nice totals last weekend, throwing for 381 yards with three touchdowns while scoring 21.24 fantasy points in a loss to the Atlanta Falcons. Up next is a great matchup against the Dallas Cowboys, who have had one of the most vulnerable pass defenses in the entire NFL in 2013.

Todman had a nice stat line in the absence of an injured Maurice Jones-Drew (hamstring), rushing for 109 yards on 25 carries while adding another 44 receiving yards in a 27-20 loss to the Buffalo Bills. Should "Pocket Hercules" be forced out of action this week when the Jaguars face a vulnerable Tennessee Titans run defense, Todman would become a borderline No. 2 or 3 fantasy runner in championship week.

Crabtree hasn't done much in terms of yardage with 145 in three games since his return from an Achilles' ailment, but he did find the end zone in last week's win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The veteran out of Texas Tech also has a great matchup in Week 16 against the Atlanta Falcons, who struggle against the pass. Finally back in football shape, Crabtree now is a legitimate No. 3 fantasy wide receiver.

No Rob Gronkowski, no problem for the Patriots and superstar quarterback Tom Brady. He has a new favorite target in the pass attack, as Edelman went off for 139 yards and 19.9 fantasy points in a loss to the Miami Dolphins. The veteran has now scored double-digit fantasy points in four consecutive games and needs to be considered a viable No. 3 fantasy wide receiver in all leagues in championship weekend.

Tannehill has been on fire in recent weeks, scoring 21-plus fantasy points in his last three starts. That includes an impressive stat line with three touchdowns and a 24-point performance in a win over the New England Patriots. Next on the schedule is a date with the Buffalo Bills, who have been one of the more vulnerable teams in the NFL in terms of pass defense. He's well worth a start if you need a quarterback.

He's back! Cutler returned from a bum ankle and posted a nice stat line against the Cleveland Browns, throwing for 265 yards with three scoring strikes while posting 19.7 fantasy points. A perfect fit for the offense of coach Marc Trestman, the veteran out of Vanderbilt has starting appeal for owners who need a quarterback in fantasy championship week. Cutler has a favorable matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles next.
