Cutler has been one of the most under-appreciated quarterbacks in fantasy football, as he's failed to score 17-plus points just once in his full starts this season. He'll have a lot on the line in Week 17 against the Green Bay Packers, who have struggled to stop opposing quarterbacks for much of the season. With a postseason berth at stake, look for Cutler to have a nice stat line in this NFC North battle.

Brown (stinger) returned to action in Week 16, posting 110 scrimmage yards, two touchdowns and 23 fantasy points in a blowout win over the Kansas City Chiefs. Next on the schedule is a date with the Jacksonville Jaguars, who surrendered a combined 24.4 fantasy points to the combination of Chris Johnson and Shonn Greene in Week 16. Owners in their championship week need to consider Brown as an option.

You're right, Tannehill (3.3 fantasy points) stunk in a Week 16 loss to the Buffalo Bills. No one can argue that. He has been solid in recent weeks overall, though, and a home game against the New York Jets still makes him a viable option in fantasy leagues. The last time he faced off against the Men in Green (Week 13), Tannehill went off for 331 yards, two touchdown passes and 21.4 fantasy points.

Cousins (10.9 points) didn't take advantage of what was a great matchup against the Dallas Cowboys last week, but fantasy leaguers shouldn't throw in the towel on him. He'll remain the unquestioned starter for Washington with Robert Griffin III on the sidelines, and a matchup against the New York Giants makes Cousins a legitimate option for owners in deep leagues or in all two-quarterback formats.

Baker appears to be the new favorite running back in Cleveland, as he's led the Browns backfield in touches in two straight weeks and has at least one touchdown in each of those contests. He's also scored 13-plus fantasy points in each of those two games, making him a viable option off the waiver wire. A road matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers isn't the most favorable, but Baker is rosterable.

The Texans have lost Arian Foster and Ben Tate for the season, Deji Karim was injured in Week 16 and Dennis Johnson is questionable for Week 17. That leaves Grimes as the favorite to start for coach Wade Phillips when Houston takes on the Tennessee Titans. A second-year undrafted free agent out of William & Mary, he�s now worth a look in all deeper leagues.

I've had Patterson listed in this space for several weeks, but he's still a free agent in more than 85 percent of leagues on NFL.com. A versatile athlete, he rushed for 54 yards and one touchdown in Week 16 and has now scored no fewer than 9.1 fantasy points in each of his last four contests. Furthermore, the rookie wide receiver from out of Tennessee has averaged 14.6 points since Week 14.

Good luck trying to figure out who the Patriots will use as their top running back week-in and week-out, but Blount was the lead man in Week 16 with 10 carries and double-digit fantasy points. With Shane Vereen banged up and middling trust in Stevan Ridley, coach Bill Belichick could end up using a combination of Blount and Brandon Bolden in the regular-season finale against the Buffalo Bills.

If you're still playing in a deeper league heading into Week 17, Holmes has become an interesting option of late. He has scored seven-plus fantasy points in three of his last four games and has gone over 10 points in two of those contests. A favorite target of young quarterback Matt McGloin, Holmes should continue to see his share of the targets in what is a plus matchup against the Denver Broncos.

You might not know it because he doesn't receive a lot of attention in fantasy football, but Lewis has scored a touchdown in each of his last four games. During that time, he has also recorded double-digit fantasy points in three straight contests. As a result, the UCLA product now has some definite deep-league value for owners who play through the final weekend of the NFL's regular season.
